Relocating sink in bathroom or Bathroom Renovation

We have a strange set up where the bathroom sink is actually outside the bathroom and we’d like to have the sink put into the bathroom. Depending on price there is the possibility that we could just renovate the whole bathroom so a quote on both options would be appreciated.
