Job description
Remove kitchen flooring (slate tile on baseboard). Install new base floor. Remove old bay corner window. Install 3 new windows (we will supply the windows). Co-ordinate plumbing and electrics to set up for new kitchen install. Close off old entrance area and install new adjacent entrance door. Make good all internal surfaces. Envisage job proceeding Feb/Mar.

Most of the work was done by only one young tradie from Farrell. They were stretched for time running several jobs at once, none the less they fit us in and did a remarkable job. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Farrell Build.
