We have a small bathroom in a rental property approx 1.6 x 2.3 Mtrs that we need to renovate. New bath (with shower), vanity, medicine cabinet, repaint, new vinyl, a few tiles, new tapware etc. I can supply materials or could negotiate with tradie to supply.
