Looking to get a bathroom extract fan installed. Either we can supply the extract or happy for you to quote to provide fan and install. The extract is to replace current pendant light so circuit is already available to connect into. Also looking to get a heated towel rail and power outlet installed. We will provide towel rail. There is an electric socket located on the wall the other-side of the bathroom so could connect to this circuit.
