Garage into room and laundry
Job description
Gudday, I want to turn the garage of this Papanui house into a room with a walk in wardrobe (makes sense with the amount of room available for the wardrobe) and divide part of the garage into the laundry, there’s already a tub and taps for the washing machine in place. The garage door I want to turn into a double glazed (the rest of the house is double glazed) sliding door just like the front door of the property. There would need to be an insulated wall against the brick wall on the right side (from laundry) as it’s against the neighbors’ garage. The left side is against the hallway and other room so should be allgood.
