I have recently purchased a home with water damaged bathroom and found out that’s from roof leakage. The roof has been repaired. Unfortunately, our bathroom renovation was half way done before the lockdown. Pre-plumbing is done and Shower base has been installed. The list below is what need to be done. Remove rotten and moldy timbers, replace with new timbers. Supply and install GIB aqua (wall and ceiling). Plaster and Paint. Skirting. Supply and install Aqua ceiling lining. Install shower unit ( --- / --- ). install PVC folding door (Concertina Door --- --- ). Bathroom dimension 3.5x1.7 m.
