Bathroom/Bath-Shower upgrade!

I need this bath removed, and the shower head to be put on the opposite end - but the wall will need to probably be built out for the shower head (fuse box is on the other side of the wall). Shower head needs to be moved as annoyingly, the window is in the way for the glass shower door! (Perhaps you might have a better idea? :) ) I have a bath + glass swinging shower door I am hoping can be used to replace what is currently there.
