Bathroom Renovation

We want to gut and redo our very outdated bathroom and are wanting some ideas on what we would be looking at for costings. We would like to gut out the walls and replace with new gib, move the man hole out into the hall, take out that stupid little wall between the toilet and vanity and move all the plumbing around as we want to change where the vanity, shower etc will go. The door needs to be shifted and we are looking at putting in a linen cupboard entrance from the hall. Also would like gas put in too.
