Bathroom replacement required!!
Job description
The bathroom in our property is completely worn out and needs replacement. The toilet, bath and vanity will need replacing, as will the fittings. We're undecided as to whether to tile or lino the floor but some tiling will likely be necessary around the shower/bath. The in-roof heater/extractor unit will also need replacing. The bathroom is approx 2x3m Property is currently vacant and we would like the job completed by early March. As this is a rental property we also need it to be cost effective.

We needed to remotely replace the bathroom in our rental and Richard made the process very straight forward. He worked within our timeframe and was exactly on budget. He made great suggestions and the minor issues that arise on jobs like this were well managed with no fuss. We would absolutely use again in the future and would recommended to anyone needing similar work done. A+
