Bungalow renovation

Hi, we are gearing up to embark on our first renovation project - modernising and functionality upgrades to our brick bungalow in Somerfield whilst retaining some mid century charm. We are looking for a variety of tradespeople to help us bring our vision to life. We have had preliminary plans drawn up. At this stage we require an experienced builder (qualified to deal with structural alterations & load bearing issues), cabinet makers, painters (for internal & external painting) and someone to lay a new driveway. Areas to be renovated or created within the existing footprint include: kitchen, laundry, front entrance, office, bedrooms, garage. We have no timeframe for the reno - quality not speed is what’s important to us. We are after tradespeople who take pride in their work, have attention to detail, are reasonably priced, and who will guide us through the daunting reno process (including assistance with obtaining council consent exemptions).
