Small bathroom renovation
Job description
After finally securing some finances to do this, I'm looking for a builder to do the following: Pull out shower, repair aqualine gib and flooring where shower was. Re-use shower if possible and replace with new shower liner. but re-use the existing fittings. Install new vanity unit (using existing wall hanging fitting) I'm wanting to install a 2 drawer unit to replace my 1 drawer one. I will pre-purchase this. I am happy to paint wall myself. The room next to the shower also had water damage to flooring and wall - want an opinion on what I should do to fix how it looks. Is all dried out now but the vinyl plank has bubbled. Basically - I want it to look how it should. A 4 year old home that hasn't had a leaking shower. Shower wasn't installed correctly by building company and leaked. It has dried out now after applying A LOT of sealer. There was no MasterBuild guarantee taken by the previous elderly owner and damage didn't show when I was looking to buy it as she didn't live in it long before becoming ill. And the building company that built house isn't willing to do anything about it. Photos to follow.

Bit late reviewing but job completed is a bit different to the initial quote request. Ross came up with an alternative solution that would be cheaper than ripping out the whole unit and starting again. So far it is looking like it has fixed the issue.
