Wall needs to be removed so we can open up living room kitchen area in to one room and replace the kitchen. The roof is clay tile so I am making the assumption that the wall is load bearing. Building work will have to meet council/ building regulation requirements. Prefer somebody who can manage both the wall removal and kitchen replacement.
