Bathroom renovation

I have just bought this house and realised that the bathroom is not in as good condition as I first thought so will need a total renovation of bathroom and separate toilet. I’d like existing suite removed and new shower unit, vanity and possibly bath fitted in bathroom and new toilet and small wash basin fitted in toilet. I will need assistance in choosing a new suite. I would also like the textured ceiling plastered smooth. I intend installing gas for water heating so if you can do everything that would be great.
