Job description

Bathroom Renovation
Christchurch

We are wanting to have our house renovated. As part of the process we would like the following work done: Main Bathroom All items including the wall lining will need to be removed. We will be placing all new items in the same locations as the old but it will require modification to the plumbing for the bath and shower (the floor is concrete). It will also require electrical and painting work. En-suite Bathroom Essentially the same work is required for the main bathroom but there is no bath to change. Toilet The toilet will need to be replaced. Front Door & Entrence way The front door will need to be replaced and leveled (it is slightly out at the moment). There are also cracks leading from the front door to the bathroom in the concrete floor that will need to be repaired. Dining Room & Kitchen New appliances to be installed in the kitchen including range-hood, gas stove (being replaced with induction), oven and microwave installed. If there is sufficient budget we we would like to replace the bench-top. New lights and power points will also need to be installed. Carpets and painting has already been taken care of. All major items such as showers, toilets, vanities, towel rails, mixers etc have already been purchased and carpeting and new vinyl floors have already been organised. Ideally we need someone who can organise all the necessary parties. We do have contact with an excellent plumber and electrician if need be but not a builder.

Richard did a fantastic job on our renovation. He was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. He organised everything for us and things were done on time and within budget. We would highly recommend him.
