I have a rental property that I am looking to have a renovation undertaken on the bathroom and adjoining toilet. Job needs to be able to be done over the September school holidays as the tenant has agreed to move out for a week Details as follows: (1) Remove existing vanity unit, bath, wet wall lining, and existimng cork flooring (2) Remove existing toilet and cork flooring from adjoining WC (3) Remove the wall from between the 2 rooms (4) Block up door from WC to laundry (5) patch existing gib as required (6) Replumb bath including flip bath 180 degrees so shower over bath is at opposite end from existing (7) Supply new bath, acrylic wall lining, mixer, bath spout, and shower attachment (8) Supply new vanity same size as existing (9) fit new flooring
