Bathroom upgrade / renovation 60s/70s house
Job description
Remove existing Shower and vanity and possibly bath. Install new ones supplied by me, make good any damage from removal and installation, prepare surfaces and paint. remove existing floor covering and install thin-line ready for new vinyl. Work to start on Friday 9 June and complete on Monday 12 June. Painting could finish 13th if need be. Bathroom is 2.5m x 1.7m approx and in reasonable but tired condition. Gas will be replacing the old cylinder at the same time so will need to work in with Gas tradies. You are welcome to quote for the Gas installation as well if you wish and are qualified.

Owen did a great job of the plumbing and gas and also kept an eye on the other tradies for me through a complete bathroom renovation. Happy with everything from the demolition of the old bathroom to the final paint job. Thanks Owen.
