New bath

I wish to replace an existing old bath with a new bath or good second hand bath in the bathroom of a rental property. The bath will be selected and purchased by us, but we will need the tradesperson to collect it. The tenants have asked for this to be done and are cooperative. The bath will need to be boxed in to avoid the need for replacement flooring vinyl. Plumbing work should be limited to attaching the bath to the waste pipe.
