Water leak under vanity - will replace

Has always been slightly damp at base of vanity but nothing obvious from basin/pipework. Water now seeping out at front edge of vanity where it has warped and fallen apart. Looking to remove old vanity, investigate leak, do repairs, then replace with another floor-standing vanity and new tapware. Dimensions of existing vanity are around 975 vanity top (~950 space) x 510 depth x 770 height.
