Laundry cupboard set up

I would like to set up a Euro laundry style cupboard in an empty space in the Kitchen. Previous owners plumbed the washing machine into the kitchen island during their renos and there is no space for the dryer. I have a stacking kit and would like to stack them and tuck them out of the way in their own designated area. Space available is shown in the screenshot below- width from fridge to end of wall is 1370mm. Would like to hide the space behind pocket doors depending on price.

My house has been lifted so the crawl space makes it easy to access plumbing and electrical.
