Job Description:

⚠️ URGENT – Must be completed within 2 weeks
We are looking for a one-stop contractor or team who can manage and complete the entire job at our property in Linwood. All trades must be coordinated together – we do not want to manage separate contractors.
Budget: $18,000 NZD – Fixed. Please only enquire if you can work within this budget.
Scope of Work:
• Divide the existing combined bathroom and toilet space into two separate bathrooms
• Remove the existing bathtub and all demolition waste
• Install Aqua-Jib wet area lining board across all walls in both bathrooms
• Supply and install 2 x showers (including waterproofing, tiling, and shower screens/doors)
• Supply and install 2 x toilets
• Supply and install 2 x vanity units with basins and tapware
• Install all required electrical outlets in both bathrooms to code
• Install heat lamps or bathroom heaters in both bathrooms
• Install exhaust fans in both bathrooms
• Install heated towel rails in both bathrooms
• Full rubbish and debris removal upon completion – site to be left clean and tidy
Requirements:
• Full service only – we need one contractor or coordinated team covering all plumbing, electrical, tiling, waterproofing, and rubbish removal. Do not contact if you can only provide part of the service.
• Work must be fully completed within 2 weeks
• Total budget is $18,000 – please do not contact if this does not work for you
• Licensed tradespeople only
• Site visit available for accurate quoting
