Interior small doors with slats/louvre style

Looking to have a small set of doors customers made. Would either be a frame withe entire panel as slats, or can be solid on the bottom half/third.

Would be a small double set to replace existing cupboard door.

Total dimensions for existing door is 65-66 wide x --- high. So both doors would need to fit this space.

No handles or pulls required

Can be MDF or similar as I will paint them.

The slats need to be ‘open’ and not faux as my dog sleeps in this cupboard, so I want air to be able to get through.

I will attach a photo to show the type of door I am trying to describe.
