Floating weatherproof kitchen sink

We recently had the kitchen sink cabinet under our box window water damaged due to a burst pipe.
The damaged cabinetry has now been removed, and we’re looking for a handyman to rebuild and enclose the sink area with a new floating, waterproof cabinet. It'll be ideal if it could be strong enough to store a few under-sink items.
The work would also include installing new kickboards/skirting, tidying the surrounding areas, and reinstalling the cabinet doors (which we have and are undamaged).
