Bathroom reno

I have a 1.5 x 1.5 meter bathroom. Am wanting to re gib all walls, half tile walls, insert floor boards, skirting, door coverup Install shower and vanity to existing plumbing. I have the floor boards, tiles, shower and vanity also. No sure if ceiling needs to be replaced
