Fit out bathroom #2

Hi. I have all the bathroom items ready to install. Will need nogging out before putting up gib - older style house. At this stage old boards have been removed and its ready to begin. I have a plumber and a sparky ready to go when I am so just need someone to fit shower, toilet and vanity. Just looking for rough idea of how much. Painting and flooring not required.
