New bathroom and indoor renovation

We have a four bedroom home with one bathroom and need another bathroom. Have an existing attached carport whichwas transformed to make the first bathroom. Now we need the rest of the carport transformed for the 2nd bathroom. Also need a wall inbetween the lounge and the kitchen removed. Also need a covered pergola thingie off the kitchen. Also need the cladding taken off the shed and have that lined with power supplied, then attach a carport to the existing shed with one covered side and a door with the other side open for open access to the backyard.
