Need to transfer existing space into more rooms please

Our ground floor consists of a hall, and internal large single garage, we want to convert this into two rooms and make the hall area a room, it will require moving the stairs (currently go into the hall) so they go straight down through what is currently a wall. We are also looking at central heating options (currently no heating downstairs). No plumbing needs to be changed. We are looking for quotes.
