Hi there, We're currently doing due diligence on a house that we want to buy, renovate and onsell. We would like to have an estimate on the works (or part of the works listed below) and the timeline to be able to make an informed decision on who to go with. Property: --- / --- Scope of works: - Painting – interior: kitchen/bathroom once renovated, yellow bedroom and ceiling in toilet/laundry. Exterior – repainting/removing the green from around the windows and fascia would modernise the property. - Demolishing old green shed and taking away the rubbish - Kitchen – Redo kitchen cabinets and appliances. Budget kitchen but great looking. New units including oven/rangehood/dishwasher. Open up the space a bit (as possbile) between the kitchen and the living area (might be load bearing wall). With electritian and plumber. - Bathroom – new corner shower/vanity, taps/mixers (assuming no new gib needed). - Plumber to remove existing and install new - Flooring – vinyl to bathroom, kitchen, laundry and toilet. - Exterior – waterblast deck & pergola, trim trees, planting and gardens/lawns tidy up – might not be in scope of this work if not applicable - Access - Make a gate on the fence and a walkway towards the deck at the back (optional . might not go with it if cost is too high)
