Full laundry renovation required

We have a large laundry which suffered water damage from a slow leaking cylinder a few months back. Everything is dry now and the cylinder was replaced with a new one. We now need someone to pull up the remainder of the floor tiles and polish the matai floorboards,replace cabinetry with new cabinets, install a wooden bench and put an outside flue for a gas bottle that's currently hooked up to the kitchen (which backs onto the laundry). The cylinder will also need to be temporarily removed so new insulation and gib can be put into the wall behind it. Although we're fine with pre made joinery, the stud is 2.7 (I think), so mitre ten type stuff may not work. In summary, we basically just want a full replacement of what was originally there, although we're not moving plumbing etc. We do want someone who can turn up on time, do a professional job and who takes pride in their work. We want to be able to hand the project over completely so someone with plumbing/gas fitting/builder contacts is important. We offer prompt payment and good coffee!
