Renovate Villa Bathroom

Install new vanity, reposition and install new shower. Remove existing toilet from laundry room and install new toilet in adjoining bathroom. Close off existing bathroom doorway and create new bathroom entrance (via laundry room). Relocate hot water cylinder to (adjoining) laundry room.
