Great site to work overlooking the lyttelton harbour with a challenging project to develop an old and well loved weatherboard house back into a habitable state. We need to consult a builder to develop the best options before the design phase is resolved/approved and any construction begins. The project will require sub floor rectification, partial demolition, new framing to lock up including cladding and roofing. Interior fit out by others. We would like to meet and develop a relationship with a small building company that has interest in finding solutions to reflect their building capabilities. Work time frame is 1-2 years.
