Kitchen rangehood and pressed metal installation

I'd like a quote to supply and install a kitchen rangehood/extractor fan (I need advice as to the best option). The kitchen has a sloping roof/ceiling and no roof space. The height from the floor to the bottom of the coving above the stove is 1800mm. The exterior is weatherboard and there is no real soffit. I'd also like to get a quote to install a pressed metal splashback on 2 sides around the stove at the same time (I have the pressed metal). Property access is via 30-40 steps. As soon as possible would be great but timeframes are flexible.
