Bathroom renovation and window joinery

Our Lyttelton rental needs a Bathroom makeover, we (or you) will supply the bath/ shower, vanity and toilet. Need someone to fit them, replace vinyl floor and paint the walls and trim. We also have several wooden window sills that have soft (rotten) corners in several rooms that need cutting out and making good. Tenant's moving out beginning of June, so looking to get it all done in one go so we can re advertise as quickly as possible.
