A rectangle section of floor (approximately 600mm by 800mm) has risen in a small hallway leading into the bathroom. Original earthquake repairs saw the floor sanded down and re-covered in vinyl. The floor has however continued to rise (or house sink). The rectangle is possibly a slab of concrete used as a pile rising up under the floor. The "pile" needs to be re-laid and any repairs to the floors structure undertaken. Resealing and re-covering the floor may also form part of the job but can be dealt with separately. Please indicate if you are interested in this as well. The total floor area to be re-covered is approximately 3metres by 3 metres (bathroom and hallway)
