Small bathroom renovation

We have Lino in the bathroom that has gaps at the edges were water has gotten causing underneath wood to go soft near bath and shower. Wanting Lino removed, wet boards replaced and tiles put in. Bath probably needs to be removed to and rotten mouldy areas removed and then bath put back. Area is around 2mtrs by 3. We want the the most economical price but need all mould moisture removed.
