Fix and/or refurbish kitchen joinery

Our house was built in 2010 and the kitchen joinery is getting very tired. Drawers and cupboards don't close properly, some of the runners, etc are obviously near the end of their life. Without redoing the kitchen, we'd also be open to options for changing parts of it (e.g. potentially getting rid of that stupid design that is cutlery drawers inside drawers, decent quality soft close, etc)
