3mx2m Full bathroom renovation
Job description
We are keen to renovate our bathroom and toilet (will still keeping them as separate), for our two bedroom home. The current bathroom is around 2mx2m, so pretty small. Keen to keep existing layout, but just replace everything so it looks updated. Also would replace the standing bathtub to a shower cubicle instead. The renovation will also require replacing the old hot water cylinder as well. The bottom of the house is accessible from under the house which is where the garage is, for any piping work. Thanks for the work done. Happy with the worksmanship. Did ran into an issue with neighbouring unit which turned out to be their issue. However the callout fee was expensive, also had to make another call out fee to another electrician due to blown fuse. Overall happy with the project, other than the 2x call out fees.

"Job was a new HWC. The call out fees related to issues with the old house that we're out of our control, 1) the neighbours call out when their fuse tripped. and 2) due to worn out old wiring. This was not part of our quoted work on your property or our responsibility. Neighbours cylinder was old & leaking. We turned up twice & advised you. Glad payment was before I arrived for this, It should have been more. Many extra hours spent on Andrew's questions "jobs"."
