Fresh coat of paint of internal 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen (about 100 m2 in total). A tidy up/landscaping of the front yard, as well as replacing the 10 m garden fence at the front. Repairing if possible (or replacing) the driveway, which has cracks in it. Kitchen renovation: needs new benchtops, cupboard, pantry. Replacing bathroom floor with new tiles. Fixing the stair railings at the back entrance (wooden beam has fallen down - see photos). Fixing the door to the storage area below the house (not picture apologies). Would like to get this done in preparation for sale by March 2022.
