Tom and his team were working on our shower replacement. For some reason, people were coming after work advising us that this is their "in-between" job. It took 9 weeks for something that had to be 2-3 weeks. Average quality with a few issues still present. They have done a few little extras in an attempt to de-stress the situation which was appreciated, hence why 4 stars and not lower.
