Small Bathroom Job

Hi there, I've just moved house and we need a bath installed. The bath was designed originally to fit a bath, but the previous owner put in a shower instead. The job would require removing shower screen, taking up the tiles of the floor, replumbing waste, tiling and installing the new bath. I would like to create a little damage as possible so not to have to re-tile the entire bathroom. As you wll see from the photos the taps is already in place for the bath.
