Bathroom upstairs, full renovation

Hi there, We are after an experienced builder to work along side our plumber to fix a bathroom upstairs in our rental. This is the mater bathroom that will need a new shower, new floor tiles, new jib and potentially new floor boards as there is a small leak underneath the tiles. We are after a quote to get this work done in 3 months. House was build in earl 2000's and nothing has been done since then. Thanks, Millie
