Kitchen renovation - Builder needed
Job description
A Licensed Builder is required to manage kitchen reno. Job involves removing a wall adjoining the lounge room to create open plan - building consent has been obtained. I have a plan to start with. I have an electrician who can help. Plummer, painter, gas fitter and carpenter needed.
Kitchen Cabinetry and bench top has been quoted from a company who will design and install. Appliances have been purchased.
I would need a quote for the following jobs:
Removal of Supporting wall and installing a beam as a support structure as per architect drawing.
Removal of existing cabinetry and vinyl flooring.
Installing new flooring - vinyl or laminate board.
Plumbing, electrical, Gib board where needed, gas fitting
Painting as needed.
Additional:
Laundry from the kitchen to be moved to the conservatory.
