Hand Basin Replacement

I have cracked the bathroom hand basin. The crack cannot be repaired and I need to replace the entire basin and the basin hardware. It's a freestanding hand basin with easy access to the waste pipe and water lines which connect to the basin through the floor. The house is a detached timber 1940's bungalow, with access underneath the house and a water meter on the street . We want to choose our own basin and hardware so we'll buy these directly. But I need someone to disconnect, demolished and removed the old basin then install the new one. I don't expect any carpentry work It should be just plumbing and gap sealing. I don't think any painting is required but if it is we can do this ourselves. This isn't urgent. But I'd like to complete it within the next 4-6 weeks. Wednesday - Fridays suit us the best.
