Fixing damage to wall above shower

The plaster on the wall above the shower is damaged (peeling away) I think because the extractor fan is a little blocked. Would like someone to clean out the extractor fan and repair the wall. My time frame is quite tight as need it done this week as I have new tenants moving in on Sunday. Am also looking at potentially replacing the whole shower cabinet, so would be interested in a quote on that if possible (that job doesn't need to be done this week). Thanks.
