Rental bathroom reno, remove bath, add toilet.

Looking to add another toilet in place of the tub. Plus general Reno of bathroom incl vanity and shower unit. Flexible plan, so far considering a combo deal on shower unit, toilet and vanity from tradedepot. Trying to be cost efficient. Would like a free quote of work involved before starting. I am living in it so easy to view.
