Fun Bathroom Renovation

Renovate bathroom in Kingsland villa. One shower, toilet, sink. All to be replaced. High ceilings. Want to keep original floors. It's a small main bathroom and we want to stick to budget, but have a good finish. We have plans to go from. Tiled shower, replace external window. Would prefer if you had access to all the tradies like plasterer, tiler, painter, electrician, plumber (and the rest) that we can use. Water Cylinder to be replaced with infinity gas system. Ideally January start and finish. Laundry also in Bathroom, so new cabinetry will be made through a joiner/ fitter.
