BUILDER FOR BATHROOM RENOVATION - NOT A PROJECT MANAGER!

After a builder for our bathroom renovation to: 1. Strip existing bathroom of fixtures, jib (walls and ceiling) 2. Remove current window and install a new one that is higher including weather boards on exterior of house (I will paint the exterior) 2. Prep requirement for wall hung vanity, in-wall cistern, wall hung toilet 3. Once our plumber and electrician have been in to complete any pre-line requirements you'd come back to re-jib suitable for tiling floor to ceiling (You'd supply aquiline), install any new fixtures that have to be put in before tiler starts. 4. Once tilers is complete, you'd come back and do the finishing touches We will source: Tiles, bathtub, vanity, mirror, toilets, cistern, all tap ware and accessories and paint for ceiling. You'd provide Labour, aquiline, any building materials and new window.
