We’ve discovered both of our showers are leaking with the main bathroom shower having caused surrounding timber on the floor and some floorboards to rot.

We require help replacing rotten floorboards and wet timber. Laying/installing new slate/cement board in showers and dry wall in some places. We’d like to get a certified tiler in to do the waterproofing and lay new tiles, but would like someone who can quote the whole job.

We’ve already lifted the shower floor in the smaller bathroom and some of the GIB to reveal the damage. Refer to pictures.

We’re still using main bathroom due to lack of options but would like to get this sorted sooner rather than later.

Note: we aren’t trying to renovate the whole bathroom, just get it dry and functioning again.

We’re happy to pitch in where we can to keep cost down I.e. rip up more tiles or whatever needs doing.
