Bathroom maker

A complete bathroom makeover. Replace existing shower over bath with with separate bath and shower. New vanity. All new fittings. Remove vinyl flooring and polish timber flooring underneath. Possibly new jib needed for walls and repainting. There is an empty hot water cyliner cupboard which need to be taken down as this was replaced with a hot water on demand system. Additionally, may want to consider installing closet laundry in the bathroom as currently this is at the end of the hallway in a small closet/room at the back of the house. THis would mean opening up this current laundry closet and putting a back door in (where it probably once was). This will require re-jibbing, painting, etc.
