Potential tiles size 20cm x 10cm - Vanity: remove & replace - Toilet: stays - no longer than 12h downtime - Bathroom floor (area 4000 x 1700): new tiles & skirting (open to timber or tiled skirting options). Potential tiles size 30cm x 30cm - Other fittings: remove heated towel rails, remove & replace new non-heated towel rail, remove & replace toilet roll holder - Commence work: mid July - Ideal finish: mid August ** This job is in an apartment in town, there will only be metered off-street parking outside**
