Bathroom Renovation
Auckland

Partial renovation. SHOWER 1) Remove existing shower and tapware. Acrylic lined, curved . 2) Replace with new version of same shower (same 1 m curved, acrylic lined). New Shower and new rose and tapware purchased already. 3) Reposition plumbing for new rose and shower tap ware VANITY 4) Remove existing pedestal 5) Replace with new vanity (repurposed dresser) 6) Install new basin (purchased), 7) Install new tapware (plumbing will need repositioning from floor to wall to suit) TILING 8) Install 600 x 600 white floor tiles 9) Remove skirting to 10) Install black subway tiles around edges of floor and wall 11) Install white subway tiles up to 1.2 metres on wall (over existing aqua line painted gib). Above the tiles is original 1921 wood which we are keeping. NOTES Room is already linedz No electrical nor new gibbing required. Existing toilet, towel rail and freestanding bath to remain in same positions SIZE Bathroom is 2.2 x 2.4m EXTRA 12) Ideally we’d like a heated floor put in but suspect that this might require extensive work (and therefore cost). Happy to discuss this option too. Will add photos when I’m back home
